Vaccines

I do NOT vaccinate. After plenty of research, we have decided that it's not safe or beneficial for our children. We have several reasons for not vaccinating. The fact that they use aborted fetuses to grow the vaccine, the plethora of dangerous chemicals used in the vaccines, and the fact that most all the disease are treatable and not life threatening. With the exception of tetanus, which you can read about HERE just scroll down to "Some Horse Sense About Tetanus". There is a ton of other good info on there about vaccinations as well.

I realize that YEARS ago a lot of the diseases were severe or life threatening. Today that is not the case. I do not feel it is safe to risk all the possible side effects and complications from the vaccines to HOPEFULLY "protect" them from a disease that, while it may not be fun, isn't going to kill them. Think back 15-20 years ago, everyone I knew had chicken pox or were naturally immune to them. Never heard of one person dying from it. And yet with all the vaccines they're using that scare tactic. "If they get said disease they'll die or have serious complications from it"...I think there are more possible complications, side effects and danger of death FROM the vaccines.

Here are some more good sites for info...

I'm not saying you have to agree with me. This is just my opinion and the reasons for why I do things the way I do. If you feel that vaccinations are necessary to protect your children, that's your decision. But do your research. And I would highly suggest you do them on a very delayed and spread out schedule. I personally do not think it's just the ingredients of the vaccines causing things like autism as much as it's the massive amounts of disease bombarding the nervous system. The body can't handle it and starts shutting things down causing autism and other such things.

Blessings, ♥T

http://www.cogforlife.org/vaccineList.pdf has a list of the ingredients and gives the names of the morally acceptable vaccines. It is our job as parents to protect our children as we see best:-) Also to take into account what is right before the Lord.

I saw the whole "discussion" take place over on FB. WOW! It blew up over there! Personally, just like you I think every individual has a choice. I think it is funny how people get so offended. I vaccinate my children. And I did NOT think one thing you said or posted was offensive in any way. I used a very spread out schedule. I refused chicken pox, I am now refusing the HPV. But I do give them the others. Yet, I am not offended when you (or others) post things that state why maybe you shouldn't. Everyone should know ALL the facts before making their decision.
By the way, even though I do vaccinate. I completely agree with you on the Autism front.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and reasons for why you do things a certain way. Like I said previously its good to know all sides before you decide to do or not do something:0)

Yeah it did blow up! People get so offended over everything it seems!

Thank you! I only intended to inform not criticize or put down. I think most people are unaware of what is in vaccines and just do whatever their Dr says. I'm not judging those who vaccinate and don't want people judging me cause I don't. :D

My vaccine story :)
We came to natural health about 3 years ago. My second son had asthma, allergies, and eczema something fierce! We took him to the doctor, got meds. He'd become immune to the meds and they'd have to put him on something stronger. It was so bad that it got to the point where he couldn't even fight a little cold without steroids. He would be struggling to breathe after having just gotten a nebulizer treatment.

We took matters into our own hands. We started seeing a naturopath. Today, by the hand of God, my son, who is now 6, has NO asthma, NO allergies, and NO eczema.

On to the vaccines. My kids always got a fever after receiving vaxxes. One time, Lydia's leg got very hard and fevery and her temp shot up to 104°. From his birth, Josiah struggled with some of the same allergy issues that Ethan had, mentioned earlier. We immediately began treating him as we had Ethan. At 6 weeks old, Josiah was hospitalized for a week with the flu. I took him in for a followup with our pediatrician and combined this visit with a well-visit. It was a visit where he "should" have gotten vaxxed. I told her I was going to wait until he was better recovered. He was still a VERY sick little baby. She was not at all happy.

Needless to say, we haven't been back. We haven't come across an illness that we couldn't treat at home. I took the time after refusing the vaxxes about how they were made. I really think now that Josiah's immune system was weakened from a vax he'd gotten a few weeks before: one that's incubated in chicken embryos. He's allergic to eggs.
